1. Motion: “To accept the Minutes of the General Meeting held on 9th December 2024”

3. Update on current membership numbers: by 10th February, we had 117 members and $1460 in member donations. This fantastic early result is due to the excellent communications over the last 6 months.
4. Significant correspondence in and out since 9th December 2024
10th December – Louise Hyman resignation from Committee
9th January – Jill Danks resignation from Committee
15th January – Helen Waterhouse re use of Hall for Bridge Group
19th January – Alistair Grieve suggesting action regarding stalled development on
Marine Parade
29th January – to DFT notifying of name change and new constitution
4th Feb – CCC re Community Focus Group for Coastal Lagoons
5. Approval to pay annual insurance premium of approximately $2000.
The Constitution limits the Committee’s authority to $1000.
Motion: “To approve payment of the annual insurance premium of approximately $2000”
6. Formation of a working group to look at available usage on our foreshore (this is as a consequence to the CCC’s proposed zoning changes to the Copa Foreshore and both sides of the lake)
7. Formation of a working group to address road safety
